Do you love helping people and creating memorable experiences? As a Customer Service Representative at LEGOLAND® Florida Resort, you’ll be the friendly voice our guests connect with when planning their fun. You’ll support guests through phone, email, and web chat—handling bookings, answering questions, processing payments, and helping families get excited for their visit! The ideal candidate brings at least 6 months of call center experience and 6 months of web or live chat experience, along with the flexibility to work one of two shifts within the Call Center’s operating hours of 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This role is scheduled 5 days out of 7, including weekends and/or holidays, based on business needs.
