Requirements

Responsibilities
- Act as a specialized consultant offering tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations to inspire guests and increase sales.
- Serve as an advocate for the guest experience, welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations through focused guest interaction and recovery.
- Act as an expert in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor to provide a consistent guest experience.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
