Seasonal roles at Target offer a variety of opportunities including Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Front of Store Attendant (Cart Attendant), Style, and Inbound (Stocking). Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles focus on providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. Seasonal Service & Engagement roles involve advocating for the guest experience by welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales roles focus on operations, process, and efficiency to ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Requirements

- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.

- Experience supporting a guest first culture across the store.
- Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
- Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Actively sell and create compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.
- Focus on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
