About The Position
Target is seeking Seasonal Guest Advocates to join their team. These roles are crucial for ensuring a positive guest experience across various departments including General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Front of Store Attendant, Style, and Inbound (Stocking). The positions offer opportunities to learn about guest service fundamentals, retail business operations, and contribute to daily workload execution to meet business priorities and sales goals. Requirements

- Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
- Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Responsibilities
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
- Provide service to guests that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!'
- Stock, set, and sell Target products.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
