About The Position
Seasonal roles at Target offer the opportunity to gain experience in various areas of the store, including Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Front of Store Attendant (Cart Attendant), Style, and Inbound (Stocking). These positions focus on providing an exceptional guest experience, maintaining store operations, and supporting business priorities. Target aims to provide team members with meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career, offering knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business operations, and daily workload execution.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
