About The Position
Seasonal roles at Target involve helping guests discover the joy of everyday life. This includes various positions such as Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Front of Store Attendant (Cart Attendant), Style, and Inbound (Stocking). These roles offer opportunities to gain knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business operations, and daily workload execution to support business priorities and sales goals. Responsibilities
- Operate cash register accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
- Provide service to guests that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!'
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
- Be busy all day, making it easy for the guest to feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded.
