About The Position

This role is for an On-Demand Team Member (TM) at Target, specifically in Small Format Stores. As an On-Demand TM, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like, creating your own schedule by picking up available shifts through the myTime mobile scheduling app. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a personalized work schedule. The role involves ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and proper presentation on the sales floor. You will provide exceptional guest service, anticipate guest needs, and be proficient in various store duties including cashiering, stocking, and maintaining store appearance. The role offers opportunities to develop skills in guest service, retail business fundamentals, and supporting business priorities.

Active engagement by picking up and working shifts and responding to contact attempts.
Must work at least one shift within 5 months or employment will be terminated.
Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements.
Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.

Work in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock.
Assist with truck unload process and stock product to the sales floor.
Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments.
Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure signing is set accurately.
Complete scans and system audit functions for inventory accuracy.
Support execution of major transitions.
Maintain interior and exterior brand standards, including cleanliness and cart management.
Accurately execute all Fills (fill the floor, liability fills, guest requests, and backstock product).
Process all inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy.
Complete all backroom weekly audits.
Operate power equipment if certified.
Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy.
Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, monitor progress, and prioritize tasks.
Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
Work safely at all times and comply with safety policies.
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU).
Maintain compliance with adult beverage laws when executing duties.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
