Responsibilities

  • Engage in active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations to inspire guests and increase sales.
  • Provide excellent guest service by welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Focus on guest interaction and recovery to ensure a positive experience.
  • Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
  • Operate cash registers accurately.
  • Climb up and down ladders.
  • Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
  • Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
