Responsibilities
- Engage in active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations to inspire guests and increase sales.
- Provide excellent guest service by welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest expectations.
- Focus on guest interaction and recovery to ensure a positive experience.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Operate cash registers accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Maintain a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
