Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles focus on tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. Seasonal Service & Engagement roles are advocates of guest experience, welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations through guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales roles are experts of operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Actively sell and create compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.
- Focus on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Accurately handle cash register operations.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
