About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various guest-facing and operational aspects of the store. The position involves creating a joyful everyday life experience for families through Target's values and culture. Seasonal roles offer opportunities to learn retail business fundamentals, including guest service, sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency. Team members will execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals. The role is dynamic and energetic, requiring teamwork and a focus on guest satisfaction. Training is provided, but foundational skills in guest interaction, adaptability to technology, independent and team work, problem-solving, attention to detail, and following processes are expected.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Inspire guests and build the basket.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
