About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various aspects of store operations and guest experience. The position involves working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent guest service, and contributing to the core functions of the store, such as stocking, setting, and selling products. The role offers opportunities to develop skills in guest service fundamentals, retail business operations, and executing daily workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals. Training is provided, but foundational skills in guest interaction, adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail are expected.
Requirements

- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
