About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various guest-facing and operational aspects of the store. The position involves creating a joyful experience for guests by providing tailored suggestions, ensuring products are available and accurately displayed, and maintaining efficient store operations. Target aims to provide team members with meaningful experiences that help them develop skills for a career, offering knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience in executing daily workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
