About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various guest-facing and operational aspects of the store. The position involves creating a positive guest experience, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient store operations. Target aims to provide team members with meaningful experiences that help them build skills for a career, offering knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
