Seasonal roles at Target involve various responsibilities to ensure a positive guest experience and efficient store operations. These roles include Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Front of Store Attendant (Cart Attendant), Style, and Inbound (Stocking). Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles are specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales roles are experts of operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
- Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
- Provide guest service that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!'
- Stock, set, and sell Target products.
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Engage in active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.
- Focus on guest interaction and recovery.
- Manage daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
