Being a Sherman's Guest Advisor is not your typical sales job. We are allergic to the ordinary and focus on helping people, building trust, and guiding them to the right solution for their home. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping people and building real connections, not necessarily those with prior sales experience. Responsibilities
- Helping customers design spaces they'll love.
- Providing top-notch customer service from initial contact through post-delivery.
- Acting as a tech-savvy resource on the showroom floor using a laptop to assist customers.
- Answering phones.
- Performing "Buddy Checks" (likely internal check-ins or customer follow-ups).
- Monitoring open orders.
- Growing skills through open feedback and product knowledge.
