About The Position

Site 2020 Inc has an immediate opening for a training position as a Deployment and Integration Specialist. In this role, you will support our local traffic control partners in your area, as well as travel to other areas of the country and Canada, roughly every second week to provide onsite training to new and existing clients on the Guardian Smart Flagger units.

Requirements

Good communication skills
Be somewhat mechanically inclined
Proven strong customer service
Proven experience in conducting training classes
Sound decision making and organizational skills
Ability to travel 50%-75%
Valid driver’s license
Valid passport (international travel)

Nice To Haves

Traffic Control Experience is an asset but not required

Responsibilities

Train Flaggers on this disruptive and lifesaving technology
Field customer service calls
Communicate regularly with your direct supervisor to notify him or her of any potential issues, including but not limited to those relating to your job, or those relating to the client
Create strong client relationships and be their first point of contact for all product related issues
Translate training requirements into each client and monitor them during the duration of the training
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into the client’s employees work behavior
Periodically evaluate past trainees to ensure product knowledge is current
Periodically perform mechanical repairs to units
Be involved in projects outside of the realm of training
