Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain integrations and workflows across our GTM stack, including Salesloft, Clari, Nooks, DealHub, Onfire, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, and other connected platforms.
  • Manage user provisioning, access, and application assignments through Okta, including troubleshooting SSO and provisioning conflicts across connected systems.
  • Triage, scope, prioritize, and deliver system requests through our Jira-based intake and release process.
  • Partner with GTM leadership and end users to gather requirements, recommend scalable solutions, explain technical tradeoffs in plain language, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Document processes, configurations, system architecture, and key decisions so institutional knowledge is accessible and sustainable.
  • Monitor data quality, system performance, integrations, and automation health across the stack; proactively identify and resolve issues before they become blockers.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of GTM tool users in coordination with Okta and each downstream system.
  • Work independently with a self-sufficient, proactive approach while managing multiple requests and projects through completion.
  • Act as a senior voice in system design decisions and mentor team members on Salesforce and GTM tooling best practices.
