GTM System Analyst

FieldAIIrvine, CA
$120,000 - $150,000Onsite

About The Position

FieldAI is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to be the sole technical owner of their go-to-market engine, specifically focusing on Salesforce and related sales, intelligence, and data tools. This role involves ensuring clean data flow, enforcing system processes, and providing essential reports for decision-making. The analyst will work both hands-on with the tools and manage external implementation partners, defining requirements to ensure successful project delivery. This is a foundational role reporting to the Head of GTM Finance & RevOps, with the objective of architecting a scalable GTM stack that can support significant headcount growth without requiring a complete rebuild. The ideal candidate enjoys untangling data, automating tasks to improve sales team efficiency, and producing reliable data for forecasting.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in RevOps, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM administration at a B2B company.
  • Hands-on administration experience with Salesforce, including the ability to build fields, flows, validation rules, and reports.
  • Strong data instincts, with advanced spreadsheet skills and the ability to identify data inaccuracies.
  • Experience integrating at least one adjacent GTM tool (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, or similar enrichment/intelligence tooling) with a CRM, either independently or with external partners.
  • Clear communication skills to translate business requests into system requirements and document them effectively.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (pilots/POCs, land-and-expand) or hardware/services revenue models.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, SQL, or a cloud data stack (AWS).
  • Comfort using AI tools like Claude to automate work.
  • Experience managing external implementation partners or systems integrators.
  • Experience at an early-stage, high-growth startup where you built process rather than inheriting it.

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce administration, configuration, and governance, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and user management, with a focus on protecting data quality and maintaining an organized system as the company scales.
  • Managing data and integrations, connecting tools like ZoomInfo, Clay, and Gong into Salesforce, and establishing the GTM data layer on AWS and Snowflake. This involves partnering with the data team to ensure clean, trusted data flows from the CRM to the warehouse for reporting and analytics.
  • Developing AI-assisted automation using Claude-powered workflows to automate manual GTM tasks, enrich and clean records, and accelerate reporting.
  • Owning external implementation partners by scoping requirements, managing engagements, and reviewing deliverables to ensure clean implementation and minimize technical debt.
  • Implementing and managing workflow and automation rules, including lead routing, ownership rules, SLA enforcement, and MQL→SQL→SAL handoff logic to ensure no lead is missed and reps trust the system.
  • Creating and managing reporting and dashboards for pipeline stages, exit criteria, opportunity scoring, and key leadership metrics such as pipeline coverage, ARR, activity, and funnel conversion.
  • Ensuring data hygiene through deduplication, normalization, and enrichment routines to maintain Salesforce as the source of truth, recognizing the critical importance of accurate data for forecasting and compensation calculations.
  • Developing clear documentation for all systems and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and enable future hires to manage the stack effectively.

Benefits

  • Generous salary range
  • Consideration of individual background and experience for final compensation
  • Potential for base pay to vary based on role scope, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the Irvine, California market
