GTM Strategy & Operations Lead

Veradigm•Raleigh, NC

About The Position

Veradigm sells healthcare technology to provider, payer, and life science organizations. It's a market with long sales cycles, multiple buying committees, and sophisticated buyers. When we bring a product or offering to market, every part of Revenue Operations has to be ready at the same time: marketing, sales enablement, training, command center, sales operations, and systems. This role owns that readiness. You'll partner with a product counterpart to turn product plans into a coordinated GTM plan, bring the RevOps teams together to deliver it, and measure whether it worked.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales or marketing operations
  • Track record owning cross-functional product or offering launches from planning through post-launch measurement
  • Working knowledge of how marketing, enablement, sales operations, and systems connect, and how a change in one affects the others
  • Strong Salesforce fluency and comfort with data: you can define reporting requirements, build your own reports, and explain pipeline and adoption metrics to sales leaders
  • Experience working closely with product management or product marketing
  • Clear, structured writing: plans, requirements, and readiness materials that other teams act on
  • Ability to drive alignment across many teams through influence rather than authority

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare IT, health tech, payer, provider, or life sciences experience, or the appetite to learn a complicated market quickly
  • Experience with GTM for both new-logo and cross-sell/expansion motions into an installed base
  • Familiarity with CPQ, product catalog, or pricing and packaging operations

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM for Revenue Operations, serving as the single point of accountability for how new products, offerings, and major changes reach the market
  • Partner with your product counterpart to understand roadmap, target segments, positioning, and pricing and packaging, and translate them into a RevOps GTM plan with clear scope, owners, and timelines
  • Set GTM priorities and sequencing across the portfolio, making trade-offs visible when launches compete for the same resources
  • Run launch governance: readiness criteria, milestone reviews, go/no-go decisions, and escalation of risks before they affect the field
  • Align campaign plans, messaging, and targeting to launch timing and segment strategy with Marketing
  • Define what sellers and customer-facing teams need to know, and make sure materials, sessions, and certifications are ready on day one with Sales enablement and training
  • Coordinate territory, coverage, routing, quoting, and process changes the launch requires with Sales operations
  • Define requirements for Salesforce, marketing automation, product catalog, and reporting changes, and partner with Business Systems to deliver them on schedule
  • Define success metrics for each launch (pipeline created, adoption, conversion, velocity, and revenue) and build the reporting that tracks them
  • Run post-launch reviews with product and RevOps, and turn what the team learns into a repeatable GTM playbook
  • Standardize GTM processes, templates, and campaign and data taxonomy so each launch is faster and cleaner than the last
