About The Position

We’re hiring an experienced, high-performing GTM Recruiter to support our rapid hiring needs across Sales and Customer Success. This is a 6-month contract role, ideal for a recruiter with deep B2B SaaS expertise and (ideally) familiarity with the Customer Experience (CX) industry. This role is remote-friendly, US Based role. We are not able to provide visa sponsorship at this time. You’ll operate autonomously, owning the full recruiting lifecycle for a high-volume, competitive slate of GTM roles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Success operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
  • Proven ability to source and close passive, competitive talent.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and project management skills.
  • Comfort operating independently as a 1099 contractor with full ownership of outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong preference for CX industry experience or knowledge of CX technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including AEs, Sales Engineers, CSMs, AMs, and RevOps.
  • Building and nurturing a high-quality pipeline through sourcing, outbound engagement, network building, and referrals.
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine selection criteria, and streamline interview processes.
  • Screening candidates for both functional excellence and cultural alignment—balancing speed with quality of hire.
  • Delivering a smooth, transparent, and human candidate experience from first touch to offer.
  • Providing hiring leaders with consistent pipeline updates, market insights, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Independently leveraging ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools to drive results.
