About the Role 3+ years of recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to Sales, Client Solutions and/or other customer-facing roles. Proven full-cycle recruiter (sourcing through close) who can run multiple searches at once without dropping quality. Strong understanding of how to hire and scale revenue teams, familiar with common GTM role profiles, what “great” looks like at different stages, and how to assess for performance predictors. Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and pushing for clarity on role scope, process, and decision-making. Scrappy, proactive, and resourceful. You move fast, solve problems, and find signal even when requirements are evolving. Strong communicator and relationship-builder with excellent candidate care. Data-informed mindset. You measure what matters and use it to drive outcomes. Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams. Curious about or experienced with AI tools for recruiting, and eager to test and optimize.
