Our start-up client is looking for a mid-level GTM recruiter. This is a fully remote six-month contract with the possibility of conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify top GTM talent Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and customer success positions Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions Utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities to attract top talent Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Tools & onboarding expectations (unchanged) Familiar with Ashby Tools like Gem and ModernLoop (or equivalents), plus Slack and LinkedIn Recruiter Laptop will be provided
