About The Position

We’re hiring the person who runs Assured’s outbound engine and owns the data it runs on. You’ll build the scored account list of every provider group, MSO, and health system we should be selling to, run outbound and events against it, and own HubSpot as the system of record so that pipeline, conversion, and coverage are numbers the whole company can trust. You’ll report to our Head of Sales and work directly with our co-founder and President. This is an individual contributor role with a budget for tools and contractors, and the expectation that you build a team under you as pipeline proves out. Please note this role is in office, 5x a week.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in GTM operations, sales or marketing operations, or outbound at a B2B startup.
You’ve run outbound with your own hands recently enough that you don’t need someone else to load a sequence!
You’ve built an account list or ICP model from scratch at least once and can explain why you scored it the way you did.
Deep HubSpot (or Salesforce) fluency, plus a builder’s instinct: you’d rather write the SQL or the Clay workflow than file a ticket and wait.
You’ve run events that produced pipeline, not just badges — and you can show the follow-through.

Nice To Haves

Provider-side healthcare experience — physician groups, MSOs, health systems, revenue cycle, or the companies that sell to them — is a plus, not a requirement. If you haven’t sold into healthcare, tell us what you’ve sold into and how you learned the buyer.

Responsibilities

Build the account universe first. In your first 60 days, build the scored list of every organization Assured should be selling to — from public provider data (NPPES, state licensure), PE ownership data, and firmographic sources — with an ICP model that reflects how we actually win. Refresh it quarterly. This becomes the input to outbound, events, territories, quotas, and our board-facing TAM.
Run outbound. Enrichment, sequence operation, and the manual research layer through contractors and offshore support you direct. Your headline number is qualified meetings booked from the channels you run.
Own HubSpot as a system of record. Object model, pipeline stages, required fields, lead routing, deduping, enrichment, and the sales-to-implementation handoff. You have the authority to say no to sales on data entry, and the obligation to make reporting easy: if pipeline coverage and stage conversion can’t be pulled from a clean export without asking anyone, the system isn’t done.
Own the GTM tool stack. Clay, ZoomInfo, the sequencer, and whatever healthcare-specific data sources are worth paying for.
Measure impact, not activity. A monthly view of pipeline by source, segment, and stage conversion, produced once and shared with sales and leadership on the same sheet. When a seller has hand-built a workflow that works, template it. When a process is stable enough to automate, automate it. In that order.
