GTM Operations & Enablement Specialist

Gambit SecurityNew York, NY
$85,000 - $140,000Hybrid

About The Position

We're hiring a GTM Operations & Enablement Specialist to build the infrastructure that helps our GTM team ramp faster, sell more consistently, and operate with less friction. This is a hybrid role that combines two disciplines: running day-to-day GTM Operations - and orchestrating the structured enablement programs that keep the team sharp. The operations side is where the GTM engine gets built and runs: hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration, the dashboards and reporting leadership runs the business on, forecasting and pipeline hygiene, lead routing and process design, and data governance across the GTM tech stack. This is the core of the role. The enablement side is about translation, orchestration, and scale. Our GTM leaders hold critical knowledge and own the underlying processes. You'll take what they've built and turn it into structured enablement programs, certification frameworks, and field-ready materials. This is a builder-operator role. You'll stand up the processes, operating systems, and enablement programs that don't yet exist.

Requirements

  • 2+ years owning Sales / GTM Operations or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company. This is an operations role, not an enablement or training role.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration, with demonstrable ownership of designing custom objects and fields, validation rules, flows/process automation, permission sets, and report types. Salesforce Admin certification is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market planning cycles — territory design and account assignment, quota setting and capacity modeling, and partnering with leadership and finance on compensation plan structure and tracking.
  • Direct experience designing and implementing GTM processes in the CRM - lead routing rules, opportunity stage definitions, SDR→AE→CS handoffs, and data-capture requirements.
  • Proven ability to build the dashboards and metrics leadership runs the business on: pipeline coverage, conversion by stage, win rates, sales cycle/velocity, and funnel health.
  • Fluency with the quantitative side of GTM - forecasting support, pipeline hygiene, conversion and velocity analysis, quota attainment tracking, and diagnosing where and why deals stall in the funnel.
  • Strong project management across multiple concurrent cross-functional workstreams.
  • Clear, professional written communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Administering a GTM tech stack beyond the CRM (Nooks, Gong, HubSpot)
  • Experience at an early-stage or scaling B2B SaaS company, ideally Series A–C
  • Experience at a cybersecurity or enterprise security company
  • Experience with enablement or training programs (helpful, but secondary to the operations work)

Responsibilities

  • Own administration and configuration across the GTM tech stack - designing and maintaining CRM (Salesforce) objects, fields, and automation, plus data hygiene across prospecting tools and conversation intelligence.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting on pipeline health, deal velocity, activity, and team performance.
  • Support the forecasting and pipeline-review cadence - data accuracy and preparation.
  • Document and maintain GTM processes, SOPs, and runbooks so the motion is repeatable and onboarding-ready.
  • Handle data extraction and ad hoc reporting requests from sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Own and improve lead routing, pipeline workflows, and cross-team handoff processes.
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders - Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership — to build and run structured enablement and ramp programs, translating their expertise into an organized, repeatable program structure.
  • Build ramp plans and certification checkpoints that confirm new hires are ready before they engage customers independently.
  • Track and report on enablement KPIs - ramp time, certification completion, content usage, and adoption.
  • Own the central enablement content library - versioning, ownership, and keeping all GTM-facing materials current.
  • Roll out process, policy, and workflow changes with clear communication, enablement materials, and adoption support.

Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $85,000 - $140,000
