About The Position

The GTM Manager, Ad Product Commercialization is a mid-to-senior execution leader responsible for the day-to-day coordination, commercial readiness, and field adoption of our enterprise ad product portfolio. Based in our New York City office, this role serves as the critical, high-touch bridge between our product capabilities and sales execution. As the ultimate "keeper of the Ad Product Catalog," you will ensure that our New York-based revenue teams—including Sellers, Account Strategists, and Brand Marketers—fully understand our ad products, their operational nuances, and how to position them for maximum yield. Additionally, you will act as the on-the-ground project manager ushering new products through the formal GTM process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and gathering real-time field feedback to optimize our commercial engine. This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4–7 years of experience in ad product operations, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, digital media project management, product marketing, commercial operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing cross-functional product launches and commercialization initiatives.
  • Experience supporting revenue organizations within digital advertising, media, ad tech, or SaaS environments.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams in a fast-paced organization.
  • High emotional intelligence with a proven track record of earning trust across diverse commercial teams.
  • Exceptional ability to act as a supportive, empathetic partner to quota-carrying sellers.
  • Highly organized with the disciplined capability to manage multiple moving parts of a launch simultaneously, enforce deadlines, and keep diverse stakeholders communicating effectively.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, ad tech, and sales lifecycles.
  • Ability to quickly master technical ad product configurations and explain them simply to non-technical teams.
  • A natural inclination to look at sales spreadsheets, ask probing questions about revenue performance, and translate numbers into actionable insights for catalog optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the comprehensive Ad Product Catalog, ensuring all product specifications, packaging rules, pricing guidelines, and operational constraints are meticulously updated, accurate, and accessible.
  • Act as the primary, local "help desk" and subject matter expert for NYC-based Sellers and Account Strategists, providing rapid, clear answers to complex, nuanced questions regarding ad product capabilities and custom configuration rules.
  • Partner closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure that their client-facing narratives match the exact technical and operational realities housed in the product catalog.
  • Act as the dedicated project manager ushering individual products and packages through the formal GTM pipeline, coordinating timelines, keeping cross-functional stakeholders on schedule, and preventing rollout bottlenecks.
  • Translate dense, technical ad product mechanics into clear, digestible operational instructions, leading internal briefings and training sessions for revenue teams detailing what a product is, who it is for, and how to book it.
  • Regularly analyze internal sales data and product adoption metrics to identify which packages are driving the highest yield and surface trends regarding what is selling well versus what isn't.
  • Leverage your physical presence in the NYC office to build deep trust with sellers and CROs, proactively capture field feedback, understand seller pain points, and investigate the "why" behind product adoption data to inform future iterations.
