About The Position

The GTM Lead will drive accelerated business growth for Google Cloud through Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) and Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) partnerships and customer engagements across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) go-to-market segments and verticals. The role collaborates with AI Infrastructure specialists and field business, capacity, product, engineering, and finance teams to develop and grow AI Infrastructure partnerships, and operates at the C-suite level internally and externally. Google Cloud provides enterprise-grade solutions using Google technology and tools for developers, serving customers in more than 200 countries and territories. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The listed U.S. compensation is $138,000–$200,000, plus a 100% bonus target, equity, and benefits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in enterprise technology or cloud sales, partner management, and business development and strategy.
Experience leading agreements, cross-functional coordination, and C-suite management.

Nice To Haves

MBA degree.
Experience working across multiple organizations to drive initiatives to resolution.
Experience in business development, consulting, or the technology industry, promoting Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
Experience operating in a fluid work environment, along with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of AI natives and understanding of the emerging generative AI industry technology stack.
Understanding of GCP’s AI Infrastructure and agreement cycles.

Responsibilities

Drive and grow Google Cloud’s AI Infrastructure business through new, expanded, or accelerated TPU/GPU partnerships and customer engagements across GCP go-to-market segments.
Drive go-to-market and business initiatives to accelerate growth for Google Cloud’s TPU/GPU business.
Develop and implement regional or industry-specific go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the AI Infrastructure team and cross-functional partners.
Build trusted relationships with the C-suite of GCP AI Infrastructure customers, collaborate on direction, and serve as a business partner.
Serve as a thought leader and advisor to Google Cloud executive management and represent Google Cloud at industry, customer, and partner events.
