This role supports RIVA’s HHS portfolio and contributes directly to pipeline growth, opportunity qualification, and capture lifecycle execution. RIVA Solutions is seeking a motivated and high-potential Growth Manager – Business Development & Capture to support strategic opportunity identification, qualification, and capture execution within the Federal Health market. This role works directly with the CEO, VP of Growth, and Director of Growth to drive disciplined capture planning, competitive intelligence gathering, stakeholder mapping, and proposal readiness activities. The ideal candidate understands the federal procurement lifecycle, is comfortable operating within structured capture methodologies (e.g., Shipley), and thrives in a fast-paced growth environment. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role requiring initiative, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. The Growth Manager will actively support capture gate reviews, assist in solution positioning, and contribute directly to proposal development efforts.
