This role leads growth initiatives across the AGS NAMER business, including customer and field activation through AI/agentic mechanisms, tooling, and compelling content. This role contributes to prioritization of growth initiatives, leads assigned initiatives and cross-functional teams, and lends his/her differentiated expertise to growth initiatives led by their peers. Success is measured by metrics such as new pipeline creation, pipeline launch, revenue growth, and customer adoption. Growth initiatives have a wide surface area, including technology modernization, AI/agentic, new customer acquisition, industry, and scale/in-direct businesses. The role is an experienced, exceptional go-to-market athlete, who can develop, lead through influence, and execute growth plans, and deliver results. The role is highly entrepreneurial and requires a self-starter. It requires high analytical and problem-solving ability, an ability to quickly learn and become an expert in a new area/domain and incubate and scale GTM and BD plans to deliver growth outcomes working back from customer needs and signals. Right candidate will have demonstrated experience in thinking big, earning trust, and delivering go-to-market and business development results. Relevant previous experience in a technology products/services organization in a go-to-market, business development, consultative, and/or product role is required. Experience with AWS services and how various capabilities come together as solutions, including partners, to help drive customer outcomes on AWS will also be very helpful for a fast start. The role will need a strong analytical acumen, synthesis, structuring, and problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous and incomplete information into actionable growth plans and deliver results. The role needs to be right a lot and have a bias for inventing and simplifying. Demonstrated experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and alignment, strong communications and influencing skills, a customer-obsessed, collaborative approach, and strong data/metrics bias are needed to be successful in this role. Competence with innovating and scaling go-to-market activation with AI/agentic tools and compelling content is a strong plus.
