About The Position

As the Growth & Strategic Initiatives Associate for FloQast Transform, you will serve as a direct extension of the General Manager across growth work-streams, helping drive go-to-market (GTM) alignment and execution for FloQast’s AI business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, alliances, and product, acting as a liaison between Transform and all GRO functions to ensure synchronization in our zero-to-one journey. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing our AI strategy at the top of funnel, supporting both field enablement and partner programs, while also helping create content, campaigns, and frameworks that bring Transform’s story to the market. This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future. Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time

Requirements

  • 2+ Years working in consulting, banking, private equity/venture capital, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to take vague concepts and create actionable plans and projects
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and work product

Responsibilities

  • Zero to One Liaison: Act as the connective tissue between Transform and all GRO functions, ensuring GTM alignment as the product scales from early adoption to broad market penetration.
  • BDR AI Strategy: Own and continuously iterate our AI/Transform positioning in BDR outreach, adapting messaging and strategy based on market feedback and perception.
  • Top of Funnel Strategy: Develop frameworks for AI & Transform lead generation across different sales motions (e.g., PLG vs. Enterprise), partnering with BDRs, Marketing, and Alliances to optimize pipeline creation.
  • Content & Enablement: Support creation of case studies, one-pagers, on-demand demos, and other collateral that equip the field and partners to tell the Transform story effectively.
  • Strategic Growth Experiments: Ideate, run, and measure ad-hoc strategic initiatives to optimize top-of-funnel performance across different customer segments.
  • Generalist Support: Provide hands-on support to the GM on priority projects spanning GTM, sales strategy, and cross-functional execution.
