About The Position

Reflow is a workforce and workflow intelligence platform for enterprise operations teams. This role is responsible for owning the lead list side of GTM experiments end to end. The core task is to take a hypothesis, identify the right companies and contacts, enrich them to a high standard, and deliver a ready-to-work list. The individual will not run outbound experiments, but will own the quality of the lead lists.

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo or similar tools.
  • Comfortable pulling and combining data from multiple sources: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Clearbit, Crunchbase, funding databases, intent data providers.
  • Strong judgment about what makes a good fit, prioritizing quality over volume.
  • Solid understanding of the VC-backed startup ecosystem (funding stages, hiring signals, growth indicators) and mid-market enterprise buying dynamics.
  • Ability to work from a loosely defined hypothesis and ask clarifying questions.
  • Background in sales research, SDR, or data enrichment at a B2B SaaS company is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Receive a GTM hypothesis and translate it into a precise list of target companies and contacts.
  • Use tools like Clay, Apollo, or similar to source, filter, and enrich leads with firmographics, hiring signals, funding rounds, tech stack, headcount growth, and other relevant signals.
  • Perform quality assurance on own output, validating contact accuracy, removing bad fits, and flagging ambiguous cases with reasoning.
  • Refine lists based on feedback from the sales team after each experiment run, understanding conversion issues and adjusting filter logic.
  • Document methodology per hypothesis to ensure lists are reproducible.
  • Suggest improvements to hypothesis definitions based on data patterns.
