About The Position

Hire5 is a recruiting agency that places high-quality remote talent with US-based startups and corporations. We work with funded B2B SaaS companies, growth-stage teams, and technical founders who move fast and hire with intention. We are building a pre-vetted bench of GTM, AI, and Solutions Engineers. This is an open application to be part of something we are building deliberately. If selected, candidates will undergo a 30-minute screening call to understand their career goals, and if there's a match, they will be connected directly to a founder or hiring lead. The agency emphasizes a streamlined process without unnecessary layers or ghosting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in your specific role type (GTM, AI, or Solutions Engineering).
  • Genuinely open to US remote opportunities.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Based in Latin America, Eastern or Central Europe, Armenia, Georgia, or Azerbaijan.
  • Available to overlap with US business hours (even partially).
  • Experience with Clay, Segment, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and similar tools as a builder (GTM Engineers).
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, or applied ML systems at real scale (AI Engineers).
  • Proficiency in Python (AI Engineers).
  • Experience with at least one major cloud provider and understanding of the full lifecycle from experimentation to deployment (AI Engineers).
  • Ability to read a room, ask the right questions, and build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (Solutions Engineers).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building in a startup environment where you owned the full stack (AI Engineers).

Responsibilities

  • Build systems that make revenue teams operate (GTM Engineers).
  • Automate workflows, integrate tools, and turn messy sales processes into clean infrastructure (GTM Engineers).
  • Ship PLG motions, build RevOps pipelines, or own the technical layer of a sales org (GTM Engineers).
  • Build AI products that work in production, not prototypes or demos (AI Engineers).
  • Go from a model to a reliable, maintainable product (AI Engineers).
  • Own the technical side of enterprise or mid-market deals, including discovery, POC, implementation, and handoff (Solutions Engineers).
  • Make complex technology feel obvious to the buyer (Solutions Engineers).
  • Close deals by making the product real for the customer (Solutions Engineers).
