About The Position

Workday is seeking a GTM Analytics Product Owner to join their Enterprise Data and Analytics (ED&A) team. This role is responsible for the strategic delivery of a critical product portfolio within ED&A, focusing on the long-term success of Workday’s data platform and the delivery of AI-enabled experiences. The Product Owner will define standards for Data Product and Active Data Governance methodologies at scale, own the portfolio strategy and roadmap, lead enterprise change through complex technical transitions, and manage dependencies across the Workday ecosystem. They will also standardize methodologies within the product management community, architect engagement strategies for senior leaders, and pioneer agentic AI by integrating tools like Gemini and Sana into enterprise product management. Requirements

  • 12+ years of technical product management experience, specifically in Enterprise Data & Analytics supporting GTM functions
  • Proven track record of managing a suite of interrelated data or platform products at an enterprise level
  • Exceptional experience influencing VP and SVP-level stakeholders to drive organizational pivots

  • Subject matter expertise in the areas of Sales, Marketing, and processes that support Go-to-Market initiatives at enterprise software companies
  • Deep understanding of the Snowflake/dbt/Atlan/Sigma stack and its role in scaling AI innovation

  • You provide the vision for how AI multiplies the impact of the ED&A organization and lead by example in AI adoption
