We're looking for a GTM AI Enablement Lead to help accelerate the next chapter of Sensi.AI's go to market evolution. Sensi has built a strong and growing GTM organization spanning Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Clinical teams. As we continue to scale, we're investing in AI to create a faster, smarter, and more effective operating model that gives our teams-and our customers, a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • GTM fluency: You deeply understand how Sales, Marketing, and CS work, and what they need to execute well
  • AI Native: You use AI tools daily, have built workflows that run without you, and can show us what they do
  • Builder mindset: You're energized by the ability to build. You don't wait for a system to exist, you create it
  • Systems thinker: You see process gaps as automation opportunities and can design solutions that scale
  • Expert communicator: You can simplify complex information for any audience, from a sales rep to a C-suite executive
  • Executes independently: Strong ownership, project management discipline, and ability to drive initiatives from idea to completion
  • B2B Startup or early stage company experience, ideally at a company with a strong product and a maturing GTM function
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management, onboarding, or customer operations
  • You evaluate whether a process requires human judgment before determining ownership

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary hub across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product to ensure a unified GTM strategy and consistent messaging
  • Distill technical product releases into clear, actionable materials and build the AI workflows that keep them current, distributed, and effective without manual intervention
  • Own the lifecycle of all external and internal enablement collateral, keeping it current and effective
  • Design and lead training sessions that build product fluency and sales excellence across GTM teams
  • Build and maintain the internal Knowledge Base as the organization's single source of truth and design the automation layer that keeps it updated, surfaced, and useful without anyone manually maintaining it
  • Partner with Marketing to co-create messaging that moves beyond features to focus on outcomes
  • Build intelligent systems that automatically capture, organize, and surface institutional knowledge as the company scales
  • Identify manual, repetitive, or broken processes across GTM and redesign them as AI powered workflows
  • Build and deploy automations where AI owns the full loop generation, personalization, distribution, and measurement
  • Improve customer onboarding, adoption, and retention through automation and personalization
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and rapidly prototype new use cases with real business impact
  • Measure results through dashboards, experimentation, and ROI analysis, making the case for what to build next
