About The Position
Morgan's Early Learning, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), is seeking a qualified GSRP Lead Teacher who is passionate about providing young children with an exceptional early learning experience. The role calls for energy, compassion, and dedication to nurturing young minds. Candidates may have prior childcare experience or be new to the industry, but the position requires at least six months of previous Lead Teacher experience and experience with the High Scope curriculum. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field, or an associate degree while currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in ECE. Candidates must also meet applicable state, federal, and ELA requirements related to education, experience, immunizations, employment physicals, and health and safety training and practices. A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field, or an associate degree while currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in ECE.
- At least six months of previous Lead Teacher experience.
- Previous experience with the High Scope curriculum.
- Meet applicable state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license if driving is a requirement of the position.
