About The Position
The GSRP Center Assistant supports the daily operation of the program and assists with curriculum, assessment, and creating a positive environment for students and families. The position works Tuesday through Friday according to the school year calendar. The rate is based on experience and education. The start date is to be determined.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Meet LARA, Childcare Licensing Division requirements to qualify as a “caregiver.”

- Experience working with young children.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring curriculum and assessment.
- Assist in establishing a positive environment for students and families.
- Assist in developing a working relationship with all staff.
- Assist in the daily operation of the program.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
