About The Position

This position is for an Executive Airlift Government Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst II to work at Joint Base Andrews, MD. A United States Citizenship and an active Top Secret DoD Security Clearance are required to be considered for this position. Tier II Support is considered “Mission Essential” and requires 24x7 support.

Requirements

• 4+ Years Service Desk Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Active Top Secret clearance is required
• Must be a US Citizen
• Pass a background check
• Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s)

• Maintain applicable certifications as requested by company or required by Customers

Responsibilities

• Operates in the GSOC
• Track and assist aircraft in flight with communications issues
• Use Chat software to support Executive Airlift aircraft in flight
• Respond to incident calls
• Drive resolution, coordinate with internal and external teams to identify the root cause, restore service with workarounds if necessary, and communicate status to affected stakeholders throughout and following the incident
• Provide daily ticket reviews, updates, and reports
• Support Trend Analysis
• Maintain a Master Station Log (MSL) of all actions performed on shift
