About The Position

Executive Airlift Government Security Operations Center (GSOC) - Tier 1 Analyst. This is a "Mission Essential", 24x7 support role operating in the Government Security Operations Center (GSOC). Responsibilities include tracking and assisting aircraft in flight with communications issues, using chat software for support, responding to incident calls, supporting trend analysis, and maintaining a Master Station Log (MSL) of all actions performed on shift.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance is required
• Must be a US Citizen
• Pass a background check
• Maintain applicable security clearances at the level required by the client for the position
• High School Diploma
• Must have an active DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE), prior to start
• Any experience as a Communications Systems Operator (CSO) for Executive Airlift at Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI or Ramstein AFB, Germany

Responsibilities

• Operates in the Government Security Operations Center (GSOC)
• Track and assist aircraft in flight with communications issues
• Use Chat software to support Executive Airlift aircraft in flight
• Respond to incident calls
• Support Trend Analysis
• Maintain a Master Station Log (MSL) (007) of all actions performed on shift
