About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled Engineer 3 to join our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). You’ll lead the engineering, maintenance, and optimization of Lenel OnGuard and Milestone XProtect systems in a mission-critical 24/7 environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's (5+ yrs exp) or Master's (3+ yrs exp) in Engineering, IT, or related
• Hands-on expertise with Lenel OnGuard and Milestone XProtect
• Experience in 24/7 security environments or GSOC settings
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Lenel Certified Expert & Milestone Certified Engineer
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python)
• Experience with other physical security systems (e.g., intrusion detection, intercoms)
• Familiarity with industry security standards and best practices

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document Lenel & Milestone PACS/VMS solutions
• Administer, configure, and maintain servers, clients, and hardware
• Troubleshoot complex issues and respond to critical system alerts
• Optimize performance and implement new features/integrations
• Support operators, mentor junior staff, and deliver user training
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate performance reports
