Requirements
- Experience in roles like Call Center Representative, Dispatch, or Camera Monitoring is a plus.
- Must possess a TXDPS License # B03944.
Responsibilities
- Provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording.
- Monitor intrusion detection systems.
- Perform emergency dispatch.
- Conduct incident reporting and analysis.
- Perform remote alarm panel programming.
