About The Position

Crisis24 is seeking experienced and motivated GSOC Operators for growing opportunities in security operations and management advancement. This role involves ensuring the overall safety and security of designated principals and their properties through monitoring multiple security systems, controlling access, executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), completing incident reports, and planning/executing risk assessment projects. The operator will demonstrate proficiency in using and maintaining equipment such as CCTV, computers, and communication devices, and will be comfortable with frequent sitting and/or standing.

Requirements

• GSOC related security experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Must be a proactive problem solver with the capability to work independently.
• Must possess a good understanding of the latest technology in security camera systems, use of smartphones, communications, and collaboration apps.
• Must have Florida D license.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, email communication, alarm monitoring platforms, and multi-screen operating environments.

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrable experience with the GENETEC software platform
• Data Analysis
• Prior GSOC experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety and security of designated principals and their properties.
• Monitoring of multiple security systems for various properties to include alarms and cameras, and competence to identify and properly act on security risks.
• Controlling access to properties and maintenance of security logs for guests, service personnel, and vendors.
• Successful execution of existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Completing security incident reports and planning/execution of risk assessment projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency in use and proper maintenance for all equipment used in support of the protective operations program (i.e. CCTV, Computers and Communications devices, MS office, etc.).
• Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
