About The Position

As a Security Officer Part Time Dispatch Communications in Arlington, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting an automotive finance location, you will coordinate communications, monitor security-related activity, document incidents, and direct resources to support daily operations. Requirements

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • This is primarily a driving post.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive finance location.
  • Monitor and dispatch responses to security-related incidents, alarms, access concerns, and service requests using established communication protocols.
  • Receive, document, prioritize, and communicate incident information to appropriate personnel and Allied Universal leadership in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, activity reports, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
  • Coordinate communications with on-site personnel and emergency responders as appropriate, helping to support timely response to critical situations.
