About The Position

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications from personnel and/or field officers, dispatching resources according to site procedures.
Document incidents, service requests, dispatch activity, and critical information accurately in required logs and reports.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive finance business location and perimeter, as assigned, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
