About The Position

Crisis24 is seeking a GSOC Intelligence Manager (Program Manager) with strong global intelligence and travel risk experience to lead a team of analysts supporting a dedicated 24/7 Global Security Operations Center. This role serves as a key liaison between Crisis24 and the client, overseeing daily GSOC operations, intelligence delivery, incident response, team development, and program performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, or related security operations
  • Previous 24/7 GSOC experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts
  • Strong intelligence research, analytical, writing, and briefing skills
  • Experience managing client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s preferred
  • Foreign language and international travel experience preferred
  • Google Earth/Maps experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of GSOC analysts
  • Oversee 24/7 intelligence operations, incident response, and crisis management
  • Set priorities and ensure timely delivery of intelligence products and client requirements
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, protocols, and operational processes
  • Provide intelligence briefings and reporting to client security and business leaders
  • Serve as a trusted client liaison and anticipate evolving security needs
  • Monitor program metrics, quality, and performance
  • Support hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and team development
  • Backfill analyst shifts as needed
  • Collaborate with Crisis24’s global intelligence and security teams
  • Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
