About The Position

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating GSOC incident and threat report templates, processes, and SOPs. This role involves coordinating with Global Safety & Security (GSS) staff to establish reporting priorities, creating and distributing daily incident and threat reports, and providing training sessions to GSOC staff and leadership on support and analysis techniques. The analyst will monitor various intelligence sources for real-time visibility on global events, evaluate threat intelligence, and assess risks to employees and assets according to Adobe’s standards. The position requires processing raw data into finished intelligence products for dissemination to stakeholders, supporting global investigations and security operations oversight, and researching/writing reports on security risks for cross-functional stakeholders. Key activities include identifying, tracking, and analyzing emerging security threats and trends, conducting case reviews, and updating intelligence planning. The role also involves reviewing and analyzing reports for content, structure, and completeness, staying informed of security events impacting operations and stability, and providing research, analysis, and briefings on security threats and risks. Recommendations for security strategy adjustments based on threat developments will be made, and available archives and databases will be utilized for threat and risk analysis. Monitoring geopolitical events affecting corporate activities and open-source intelligence/internal systems for potential threats are crucial. The analyst will analyze and escalate relevant threats, develop actionable responses, coordinate with emergency services during incidents, and utilize access control and video management platforms to assess and escalate threats. Support will be provided to GSOC Operators/Supervisors with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Must pass the Critical testing with a score of 85% or greater.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an area of study relevant to this position, or; High School Diploma + additional years equivalent experience relevant to this position.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Global Security Operations Center or Risk/Threat/Intel Analysis Center preferred.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Working knowledge and experience with video management systems, physical access control systems, intercom, incident management systems.
  • Have strong prioritizing abilities.
  • Ability to communicate (written & verbal) clearly and concisely.
  • Understanding of the global geopolitical and security landscape (to include local, bay area).
  • Aptitude to learn our business footprint to enable a “how it matters to us” perspective.
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations and make sound decisions.
  • A professional demeanor, along with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Able to manage and handle situations of a sensitive nature and maintain company’s confidentiality and information security practices (medical record, personnel issues, investigations, public relations incidents, emergency personnel contact information, etc.).
  • Must be knowledgeable of GSOC policies and procedures.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Have a strong knowledge of security and emergency operations.
  • Possess a solid employment history demonstrating reliability and dependability.

Responsibilities
