About The Position

The ideal candidate demonstrates passion for security, intelligence analysis, and investigating online threats using open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and research techniques. This candidate should be within reasonable commuting distance of our work location in Chandler, Arizona. Essential skills include strong communication, writing, critical thinking, and analytical abilities, along with an understanding of basic risk management principles. The candidate should thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and evolving intelligence requirements. The candidate must understand and adhere to discretion and confidentiality, applying it to their everyday job tasks while assessing and communicating sensitive topics and risks appropriately. The candidate must operate with integrity in every facet of their job role. Ideal past job experiences that would prepare you for this role include intelligence analysts, emergency dispatchers, research analysts, or similar analytical positions.

Requirements

Demonstrates passion and aptitude for intelligence analysis and OSINT research methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Criminal Justice, or related field strongly preferred. Equivalent military intelligence or analytical work experience is also acceptable and encouraged
Understanding and experience with OSINT tools, GIS platforms, and Boolean search queries
Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
Must be well-versed in current technologies and open-source information search methodologies
Must be willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality
Competent user of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to maintain professional demeanor during high-pressure situations
Must quickly adapt and excel in dynamic intelligence environments
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Strong customer service orientation when dealing with authorities, executives, clients, and staff
Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive OSINT research using multiple external sources to identify and assess potential threats or risks affecting client assets globally
Convert raw intelligence into concise, actionable reports for management and stakeholders
Monitor client dashboards continuously for incidents that may impact client assets worldwide
Track and monitor persons of interest (POIs) for any threats that may impact client assets globally
Conduct social media research and analysis to identify threats against clients' people, property, and assets
Analyze and evaluate intelligence from diverse sources, determining priority levels and appropriate response thresholds
Provide notifications to client travelers, site managers, and security stakeholders
Contribute to procedures and processes that standardize and enhance risk management capabilities
Work collaboratively with various security teams
Process and maintain intelligence trackers, files, logs, reports, and analytical products
