The GSE Technician is responsible for overseeing GSE operations, equipment maintenance, and compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines across both locations. This role combines hands-on execution of daily GSE maintenance activities with operational oversight to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all ground support equipment. The GSE Technician is responsible for conducting inspections and audits to identify required maintenance and repair work, ensuring equipment remains compliant with regulatory, company, and customer requirements. This position promotes a proactive safety culture, supports regulatory compliance, and maintains the highest standards of operational integrity, equipment reliability, and service excellence. With additional training in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA), this role will also support QC audits and inspections. In this capacity, the GSE Technician will assess equipment condition and compliance, determine required corrective actions, and perform or coordinate the necessary maintenance and repair work to ensure continued safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
