GSC Operations Associate - Complex

Position Summary: Do you have your P&C license or willing to obtain it? Then the Risk Advisor Representative is right for you! Compliance team is responsible for reviewing commercial insurance policies and documents to ensure compliance. Each employee manages a low call volume to assist our customers. Position Details: Pay: $18/hr - Unlicensed ($21/hr P&C Licnesed) Hours: M-F 5am - 5pm ( 8.5 hour shift between those hours) First 90 days in office - 777 N Rainbow Blvd Benefits Start Day 1!!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of related experience (insurance and customer service)
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with Clients
Nice To Haves
- Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance or able to obtain their P&C license within 30 days
- Previous insurance experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred
- Call Center Customer Service
Responsibilities
- Contact vendors to inform them of missing/expired coverages required to bring them into compliance
- Explain commercial coverages in detail
- Responding to inquiries regarding vendors’ policies in a timely manner
- Maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing
- Interacting with high profile clients via email in professional manner
