Requirements

Associate's degree or 2 years of experience working closely with clients in an administrative setting
Proper grammar and vocabulary skills are a must
Display strong communication skills, written and oral
Excellent prioritizing, time management, organizational skills, to effectively manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Critical thinking skills
Maintain Confidentiality
Independent and self-motivated
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Highly proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM
High school or equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities

Process GSA certifications and other paperwork
Analyze client accounts and documents
Effectively communicate via telephone/E-mail during application process
Communicate on a regular basis with staff at all levels of USFCR’s programs, and departments as well as its clients to build effective relationships
Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), General Services Administration (GSA) schedule, and other regulations, as required
Prepare, review, and evaluate cost proposals, contracts, and subcontracts and other bid documents, as well as other agreements required within contract awards
Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
Monitor daily reports to ensure proper movement of certification
