As a Growth team member at Numeral, you’ll operate at the intersection of experimentation and execution, owning projects across paid media, ABM, content and creator partnerships, website optimization, lifecycle marketing, and whatever new channels we decide to test next. Or, better said, whatever channels you decide to test next. You won’t be confined to a single motion. One month, you might be launching and optimizing paid campaigns. The next, partnering with creators or building new acquisition funnels. You could be rewriting core website pages, identifying entirely new channels of customer growth, or even launching new market segments altogether. This role is for someone who loves ambiguity, moves quickly from idea to execution, and thinks in terms of measurable impact. You’ll work closely with sales and product to discover what works, and then double down on it.
