As a Growth Manager at Archive, you’ll own day-to-day growth and performance for a portfolio of brand partners, acting as a trusted advisor and operator as they scale their resale businesses. You’ll work closely with brands to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and turn insights into action — from forecasting growth to implementing revenue-driving initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional, data-driven role for someone who enjoys blending analysis with relationship management. You’ll partner with other Growth Team members as well as, Sales, Product, and Marketing to help brands unlock more value from resale while delivering a seamless, high-quality partner experience. This person should be excited by retail, e-commerce, and sustainability — and want to make a measurable impact in a fast-growing environment.
